People often think real estate is about timing or the market. In my experience, it’s really about people - and the moments they’re navigating when a move becomes part of their story.
I’ve been a REALTOR® since 2010, and I’m grateful to be a multiple-year member of the International Centurion® Honour Society and a Centurion® Producer Award recipient with Century 21 Canada. Those recognitions matter, but not for the reasons people often assume. To me, they represent consistency, trust, and long-term relationships built one client at a time.
Before real estate, my career was rooted in business, communication, and leadership. After studying Business Management, my husband Mark and I purchased the Dale Carnegie franchise for Newfoundland & Labrador. For more than a decade, I worked closely with professionals and business owners, helping them strengthen communication, decision- making, and confidence under pressure. That foundation continues to shape how I guide clients today - especially when choices feel complex or emotional.
My approach to real estate is steady and thoughtful. I believe people make their best decisions when they feel informed, supported, and unhurried. Whether you’re buying your first home, downsizing after many years, or quietly exploring what’s next, my role is to help you understand your options and move forward with clarity - not pressure.
Much of my business comes from referrals and repeat clients. I see that as a responsibility, not just a compliment. When someone shares my name, they’re trusting me with a relationship that matters to them, and I don’t take that lightly.
Real estate is rarely just about a property. It’s about transitions, timing, and sometimes letting go - or beginning again. My goal is to walk alongside you through those moments with honesty, care, and clear guidance, so when you look back, the experience feels grounded and positive.
I don’t measure success by transactions alone. I measure it by long-term relationships, repeat conversations, and being someone clients feel comfortable reaching out to - years later.
